Shipping
Animals -- FedEx Overnight
All animals ship via FedEx Overnight. Flat $55 shipping unless otherwise stated in the listing. Regional shipping and local pickup in Whittington, IL are also available.
Invertebrates -- USPS / UPS
Invertebrate orders (isopods, exotic roaches) ship flat $15 per order via USPS or UPS. Live arrival guarantee applies. We ship during appropriate weather windows to maximize survival rates. If you have questions about shipping timing for your region, reach out before ordering.
Guarantees
Live Arrival Guarantee
Live arrival is guaranteed when shipping hub-to-hub during appropriate weather conditions and when the package is picked up within 4 hours of the "Available for Pickup" scan. If an animal arrives DOA, photos must be sent within 1 hour of the delivered scan. We will offer a full refund (minus shipping) or credit toward another animal.
7-Day Health Guarantee
A 7-day health guarantee applies when care needs are met to our standard. Refunds and credits are decided on a case-by-case basis. Guarantees are null and void if the package is not accepted at first delivery attempt.

Deposits & Payment Plans
- A 20% nonrefundable deposit of the animal sale price is required to hold any animal.
- Short-term payment plans are available -- terms discussed on a case-by-case basis.
- We reserve the right to refuse any sale, including auction wins, as we deem necessary. This is generally in the best interest of the animal.

Other payment methods may be available on a case-by-case basis.
